EMED Mining - Conditional placing to raise 5.5 Million

EMED Mining Public Limited, the Europe-?based minerals development and exploration company, is pleased to announce that it has conditionally raised ?5.5 million by way of a private placement of 68,750,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each at an issue price of 8 pence each in the United Kingdom and Canada. This includes the issue of Placing Shares to Orion Mine Finance Fund I LP who wished to maintain their pro-?rata shareholding of 5.4%.
