Rome Resources Plc, listed on the LSE (AIM: RMR), is a mineral exploration company that has entered into option agreements to acquire up to 80% interests in two contiguous properties located in the Walikale District of the North Kivu Province in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo which are referred to collectively as the “Bisie North Tin Project”. Rome intends to fund exploration on the project up to completion of a Definitive Feasibility Study and following a successful secondary fundraise in December 2024, is fully funded for the next phase of this programme.
