Andrew Coombs, CEO, Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing conventional space and flexible workspace in Germany, provides an update on the sale of its Rupert Mayer Str. business park in Munich for €85 million and the acquisition of four further business parks for €34.9 million. The Company is also making good progress towards moving up to the main markets of both the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges in 2017.
